AccuMac AM1730-9 Secondary Reference PRT
Overview
The AM1730-9 is the 9-inch (228.6 mm) member of the AM1730 series of secondary reference PRTs. A specially supported platinum sensing element shields the wire from contamination at high temperature, giving short-term stability below ±0.007 °C with low hysteresis and thermal-shock effects.
Each probe fully meets the ITS-90 criteria for reference thermometers and ships with an ISO 17025 accredited calibration. The Inconel sheath withstands harsh environments, and Teflon-insulated four-lead copper wire runs 2 m from the handle.
Features
- Calibrated accuracy ±0.015 °C at 0.01 °C (k=2)
- Short-term stability below ±0.007 °C
- Temperature range -200 to 420 °C
- 100 Ω nominal resistance, 0.003925 Ω/Ω/°C coefficient
- 0.188 in OD × 9 in Inconel sheath
