Overview
The 5.3 in diameter by 6 in deep working volume accepts parts baskets for cleaning, probes for sensor calibration, or devices for heat treatment. A cover and lid design minimizes media loss, and the included lid can be lowered into the bath while suspending parts from its eyelet.
A 1920 W single-phase heater reaches 600 °C from ambient in about 70 minutes, and independent over-temperature limit protection guards the system. The unit runs from a 120 VAC, 20 A supply (or 240 VAC, 10 A) with a fixed 30 PSI air supply at up to 1.8 CFM, and weighs only 45 lb with media.
