Overview
AEMC's OX 9000 series Handscope tops out with the OX 9304 IV (catalog 2150.34): four isolated channels rated 600 V CAT III, 300 MHz bandwidth and 2.5 GS/s one-shot sampling on each channel, with equivalent-time sampling to 100 GS/s for repetitive signals. The 12-bit converter, 100 kpts of memory per channel and 7-inch WVGA touch screen deliver bench-grade capture in a 2.1 kg battery-powered housing.
Modes go beyond the scope: a 4-channel 8000-count TRMS multimeter with power measurements, a harmonic analyzer resolving 63 orders against fundamentals from 40 to 450 Hz, and a logger taking a measurement every 0.2 s for up to 20,000 s. Ethernet, Wi-Fi and USB host interfaces with the built-in web server allow remote control without installed PC software, while the PROBIX accessory system auto-identifies connected probes.
