Overview
The PTC series uses active dual-zone heating: the lower zone ensures even heat distribution across the calibration zone while the upper zone compensates for heat loss from the sensor under test and the open top. Stability on the PTC-155 is ±0.01°C, with accuracy of ±0.06°C using an external STS reference sensor or ±0.18°C on the internal reference.
