Overview
The RTC-156 belongs to the Jofra RTC series of reference temperature calibrators, built around an active dual-zone heating block that keeps the calibration zone homogeneous from the bottom of the well to the open top. The MVI mains-variance immunity circuit stabilizes the temperature regulator against fluctuating shop power.
This unit decodes as an RTC-156 model A (basic version without sensor inputs) with 115 VAC supply, USA/Canada mains cable, M05 multi-hole insert and solid protective carrying case with trolley. USB communication, user-selectable resolution down to 0.001°C and a 5.7-inch color VGA display are standard on all RTC models.
