Ametek MG T-50/C Deadweight Tester
Overview
The Type T uses a re-entrant piston/cylinder assembly and an overhung weight carrier that lowers the center of gravity of the weight stack, reducing side thrust and friction while extending piston/cylinder life. Accuracy is ±0.1% of indicated reading.
The /C suffix denotes certification with data. The tester is constructed of 300 series stainless steel and Monel, may be ordered with oil or water/alcohol pressure medium, and is supplied as a complete kit with tools, cases and fittings, traceable to NIST.
