Overview
AMETEK's Type T deadweight testers are self-contained hydraulic pressure standards built on a re-entrant piston-cylinder assembly. The TQD-400M dual-piston column provides two overlapping ranges - 1 to 40 kg/cm2 in 0.5 kg/cm2 increments and 10 to 400 kg/cm2 in 5 kg/cm2 increments - so low and high outputs are generated with fine resolution.
The -1 option specifies ±0.025% of reading accuracy with NIST data, and the /C suffix adds certificate data with effective area, nominal pressure and actual pressure. Free-floating piston rotation and the self-verifying design make the tester convenient for calibrating gauges, transducers and transmitters up to 400 kg/cm2.
