Overview
The PK II is AMETEK's floating-ball pneumatic deadweight tester for low-pressure calibration. A ceramic ball and the weight set float on a thin film of air inside the nozzle, so the generated pressure is essentially free of friction, and the flow regulator holds the ball at float without operator input.
Setup needs only two tubes — supply and unit-under-test — plus the weights for the target pressure. The self-regulating design, bulls-eye level and closed-cover operation make the tester usable at the bench, on an optional tripod in the field, or left mounted in its case.
