Overview
The PK II is AMETEK's floating-ball pneumatic deadweight tester for low-pressure calibration. A ceramic ball and the weight stack float on a thin film of air inside the nozzle, so the generated pressure is essentially free of friction, and the flow regulator keeps the ball floating with no operator adjustment.
The Ametek PK2-854WC-SS/C Pneumatic Deadweight Tester pairs the standard ±0.05% accuracy grade with the /C suffix: its certificate includes effective area, nominal pressure and actual pressure data. The 4 and 10 inH₂O weight carriers and ball outputs provide fine steps across the whole water-column range.
