Overview
The 3-3/4 digit, 3999-count display includes a 41-segment analog bar graph and updates twice per second. Temperature measurement spans -20 to 1000 C (-4 to 1832 F) via Type K thermocouple, and an input warning tone sounds when test leads are in the wrong jack.
Min/Max, data hold and range lock speed up readings, auto power off preserves the 200-hour battery life, and a separate door gives quick access to the battery and fuses without breaking calibration. The Magne-Grip holster with magnetic hanging strap frees both hands on the job.
