Overview
The MA25200A combines the S412E signal generator port and RF input into a single connection, so receiver sensitivity tests can be run without reconnecting cables between transmit and receive measurements. When a transmitter keys up unexpectedly, the module clamps the power before it reaches the analyzer front end.
Over-power conditions are flagged to the user with an audible alarm at 90 °C nominal and a red LED when the internal temperature exceeds 90 °C. An optional carrying case lets the module travel with the S412E when it is not installed.
