Overview
The 2703C covers the basics for electrical and electronics work: DC and AC voltage, DC current to 10 A, resistance to 20 MΩ, diode test and an audible continuity beeper. Manual ranging and a 2000-count display keep it simple and quick to read.
A magnetic hanger holds the meter on steel surfaces, and the rotary switch can be turned with the same hand that holds the meter. It runs about 200 hours on a single 9 V battery and comes with test leads, a spare fuse and a three-year warranty.
