Crystal nVision NV-4AA-1KPSI-3KPSI Pressure Recorder

Overview

The NV-4AA reference recorder carries two interchangeable sensor modules, and this configuration ships with a 1000 psi and a 3000 psi gauge/absolute pressure module installed. Both modules hold ±0.015% of full scale accuracy from 0 to 30% of range and ±0.05% of reading from 30 to 110%, including linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, temperature and stability effects for one year. Display resolution is 0.1 psi on both modules, with overpressure limits of 2.0× and 1.5× respectively.

The chassis logs approximately 1,000,000 data points to non-volatile flash memory at intervals from 10 readings per second down to one per hour, and its 255 × 160 pixel graphical display is readable in sunlight. The free module bay accepts MA20, RTD100, BARO or additional pressure modules, and CrystalControl software produces CSV, XLS or tamper-proof signed PDF records. Four AA batteries run for about 200 hours, or up to 60 days in ultra-low-power mode.
