Overview
The DMF-41842 stores calibration data for up to 10 gases in memory, with programmable conversion factors for up to 256 gases, so one unit can serve multiple gas duties. An auto-zero function eliminates zero and span drift, and an auto-tune function optimizes the control response for the gas actually flowing.
Control output and set point command are handled through linear 0-5 VDC or 0-10 VDC signals, while the RS-485 interface supports totalizer, alarm and custom 10-step flow programs. Two dry contact closures can operate pumps, valves or other process equipment.
This 100 L/min model uses a 3/8 in compression fitting and is rated to 500 psig (34.5 bar) with leak integrity better than 1 x 10⁻⁹ sccs of helium. Wetted parts are 316 SS, 416 SS and fluoroelastomer O-rings for clean, non-corrosive gases.
