Overview

The Dwyer Instruments 43500B Analog Pressure Gauge is a model 43500 Capsu-Photohelic switch/gage with the optional brass body for use with water-based liquids. The encapsulated sensing element handles liquids and gases at pressures to 500 psig, and the 4-inch dial face gives local indication together with adjustable low and high limit set points controlled by front knobs.

Each set point uses two Form C (DPDT) relays actuated by phototransistors, with set point deadband of one pointer width, less than 1% of full scale. Set points can be interlocked to provide variable deadband for pump and process control. The 43500 model carries an accuracy of ±4% of full scale at 70°F and 1/4-inch female NPT process connections.
