Overview
The 123B delivers DC to 20 MHz bandwidth (-3 dB) with less than 17.5 ns rise time, dual-channel sampling up to 4 GS/s equivalent on repetitive signals and 40 MS/s real-time sampling. Sensitivity runs from 5 mV to 200 V per division with a 10 kHz analog bandwidth limiter.
As a ScopeMeter it also works as a true multimeter with 5000-count readings, and its paperless recording captures trends over long periods. The /INT configuration is the international version with the standard 123B kit of test leads, Li-ion battery pack and charger.
