Overview

The Fluke 1503 Insulation Resistance Tester is a palm-sized insulation tester with the same form factor as the Fluke 1507 and fewer features. It tests insulation from 0.01 MΩ to 2000 MΩ at 500 V and 1000 V and is aimed at basic residential and commercial testing.
