Isotech GEMINI 4857/550 Temperature Calibrator

Overview

The 4857/550 heats from 30 °C to 550 °C in 35 minutes and cools from 550 °C to 275 °C in 35 minutes. In the ADVANCED controller configuration, absolute stability over 30 minutes is ±0.01 °C at 100 °C, ±0.015 °C at 300 °C and ±0.03 °C at 550 °C, with 0.01 °C display resolution across the whole range. BASIC and SITE versions offer ±0.02 °C at 50 °C, ±0.03 °C at 250 °C and ±0.04 °C at 550 °C.

The built-in indicator measures thermocouple types E, J, K and N to ±0.2 °C at 660 °C (R ±0.6 °C, S ±0.7 °C, T ±0.2 °C at 150 °C) with cold junction accuracy of ±0.35 °C, and reads RTDs to ±0.20 °C across the range. The 65 mm diameter, 160 mm deep block also works as a portable liquid bath for awkwardly shaped sensors, and the instrument runs from 115 or 230 Vac with °C, °F and K readout.
