Overview
The 10076C is compatible with many Keysight InfiniiVision and Infiniium oscilloscopes, including the 1000, 2000 X, 3000 X, 4000 X and 6000 X series. Rugged construction lets it withstand rough handling.
It is supplied with a retractable hook tip, IC probing tip, ground bayonet, spring ground tip, alligator ground lead and compensation screwdriver.
