Overview
Differential input impedance is 50 kOhm with 0.27 to 0.34 pF capacitance, and single-ended input is 25 kOhm with 0.44 to 0.67 pF. The dynamic range is ±2.5 V with a DC offset range of ±12 V when using probe offset and a ±30 V maximum voltage.
The 1134B is the RoHS-compliant version of the 1134A, 100% form, fit and function equivalent. The InfiniiMax 1130B/1134B series supports an extensive line of probe heads and accessories to meet demanding mechanical access requirements.
