Overview
The 11583C packages four 8493C coaxial fixed attenuators with male-to-female APC 3.5 mm connectors in a walnut accessory case. Keysight builds these sets for calibration labs and for applications where precise knowledge of attenuation and SWR is required, with a 50 Ω characteristic impedance across the DC to 26.5 GHz span.
Each 8493C attenuator tolerates 2 W of average input power with 100 W peak capability, and the set is delivered with a printed calibration report covering 100 MHz to 26.5 GHz so attenuation accuracy is documented over the full operating band.
