Overview

The Keysight 11667B is a two-resistor coaxial power splitter that divides an RF signal into two equal outputs from DC to 26.5 GHz. Its symmetric two-resistor design gives excellent amplitude and phase tracking between the two output arms and a low equivalent output SWR, which directly lowers the uncertainty of source leveling and ratio measurements.

All three ports use precision 3.5 mm female connectors, so the 11667B mates directly with network analyzers, spectrum analyzers and power meters in the RF and microwave lab. With 0.5 W average input handling and a compact 0.14 kg body, it is equally at home on a bench or in a portable test set.
