Overview
The 16034E connects to 4-terminal-pair LCR meters and impedance analyzers including the 4192A, 4194A (impedance mode), 4263B, 4278A, 4279A, 4284A, 4285A, 4294A and E4980A via BNC terminal connections.
It operates from 0 to 55°C and measures approximately 128 × 60 × 71 mm, providing repeatable four-terminal contacts for chip component characterization in incoming inspection and component evaluation.
