Keysight N4690D ECal Module

Overview

The Keysight N4690D ECal Module replaces mechanical SOLT calibration kits for Keysight vector network analyzers, using programmable solid-state impedance states controlled directly from the analyzer over USB. With Option 0DC the calibration range extends down to DC, which supports broadband device modeling and time-domain signal-integrity analysis.

Option 00A adds Type-N 50 ohm adapters, and the M0F connector configuration provides one female and one male Type-N connector on the module. Calibration coefficients are traceable to a national metrology institute, and options 1A7, A6J and UK6 add calibration certificates with uncertainties, guardbanding and test data.
