Keysight N6953A DC Power Supply

Overview

Voltage and current are programmed with 14-bit precision and measured with 18-bit precision in one instrument.

Every APS power supply can continuously sink up to 10% of its rated output current, and with an N7909A power dissipater it sinks 100% of rated current for power storage and battery testing. LAN (LXI-Core), USB and optional GPIB interfaces, smart triggering and built-in power, amp-hour and watt-hour measurements simplify ATE integration.
