Keysight U1232A VIP Kit Handheld Multimeter

Overview

The VIP kit pairs Keysight's U1232A handheld DMM with a C-101 soft carrying case and an Ugly's electrical reference book, giving electricians and service technicians a ready-to-carry package. The meter itself is a 6000-count true-RMS autoranging instrument rated CAT III 600 V, with a built-in flashlight and beep-plus-backlight alerts that let you hear or see results in noisy or dark surroundings.

Measurement coverage spans 600 mV to 600 V AC and DC, 60 µA to 10 A, resistance to 60 MΩ, capacitance to 10 mF and frequency to 99.99 kHz, with continuity, diode, Min/Max, display hold and ZLOW low-impedance functions. Up to 10 readings can be logged and transferred to a PC through the IR-to-USB interface, and the four AAA batteries run for about 500 hours.
