MadgeTech THERMOVAULT Environmental Datalogger

Overview

The MadgeTech THERMOVAULT Environmental Datalogger is a battery-powered, stand-alone oven temperature profiling system consisting of a TC101A thermocouple-based data logger housed in a thermally insulated 304 stainless steel enclosure with PTFE insulation. A supplied type K external thermocouple probe provides accurate measurements with fast response, while the thermal barrier protects the logger so it can ride through oven environments up to 350°C (662°F) for up to 30 minutes when properly sealed. A standard calibration certificate is included.

The TC101A offers one internal semiconductor channel (±0.25°C calibrated accuracy, 0.1°C resolution) plus one remote thermocouple channel accepting J, K, T, E, R, S, B or N types. Up to 500,000 readings can be stored at reading rates from 1 per second to 1 per 24 hours, with automatic cold junction compensation and a real-time clock for time stamping. Data is downloaded over USB and analyzed in the free MadgeTech 4 software with graphical, tabular and summary views.
