Overview

The Newport Electronics FMA6718 belongs to the Omega/Newport FMA6700 series of multi-parameter digital mass flow meters for clean gas applications. It measures gas flow from 0 to 100 LPM while simultaneously monitoring line pressure and gas temperature, reporting all three on the local display and over its communication interfaces. Flow accuracy is ±1% of full scale including linearity, and repeatability is ±0.15% of full scale.
