Overview

The QTVC volume controller makes fine pressure adjustments by changing the volume of a sealed pressure system, paired with the FLP1-GR-QF FieldLab reference that reads to 3000 psi through a female quick-test bottom connection. FieldLab accuracy is ±0.02% of full scale from 0 to 20% FS and ±0.1% of reading from 20 to 100% FS.

The kit includes the QTVC assembly, a 6-foot and a 3-foot hose, two 1/4-inch MNPT × male quick-test process connections, and the FieldLab gauge with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate. Everything packs into a carrying case with the AC charger and USB cable, so field technicians can verify transmitters, gauges and switches without a bench.
