Siglent ADP-18 Differential TDR Probe

Overview

The ADP-18 covers DC to 18 GHz with a flat response, so time-domain reflectometry results stay consistent from DC through the microwave region. The SMA probe connector uses a 50 ± 0.5 Ω cable whose far end can be N or SMA, letting the probe attach to TDR-capable Siglent instruments for signal-integrity and PCB characterisation work.

Repeatability is specified at R ≤ 2% over more than 100 consecutive measurements, so impedance trends can be tracked across multiple probings. In the Siglent adjustable-probe family, ASP models are single-ended (50 Ω) and ADP models are differential (100 Ω), with 18 denoting DC-18 GHz and 26 denoting DC-26.5 GHz; all share the same 0-6.5 mm adjustable body, and the single-ended ASP-18 is a common companion probe.
