Overview
Each FlexChannel input on the 5 Series B MSO serves as one analog input or, with the TLP058 logic probe, becomes eight digital logic inputs. A 1 GHz configuration captures all channels at 6.25 GS/s into a standard 62.5 Mpoint record length, expandable to 500 M.
A 12-bit ADC (16-bit at 50 MHz) preserves signal detail, while built-in digital down-converters enable multi-channel, synchronized spectrum analysis. The 15.6-inch HD capacitive touchscreen, over 25 serial protocol decoders and optional Windows operating system round out the platform.
