Overview
The MDO3012 belongs to the Tektronix MDO3000 Series, a 6-in-1 integrated instrument combining an oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, digital voltmeter/frequency counter and — by option — arbitrary function generator, 16-channel logic analyzer and protocol analyzer.
FastAcq waveform capture exceeds 235,000 waveforms per second for fast anomaly detection, and Wave Inspector controls provide navigation and automated search. Included TPP0250 passive probes load the circuit with only 3.9 pF.
