Overview
The Tektronix MSO22 Mixed Signal Oscilloscope belongs to the 2 Series MSO family, a portable touch-enabled instrument with a 10.1-inch capacitive multi-touch display and a 1.5-inch-thin profile. The 70 MHz base model carries 2 analog channels, and 16 digital channels can be added as an option to turn it into a full mixed signal analyzer.
Performance is upgradable in the field: bandwidth licenses raise the instrument from 70 MHz to 100, 200, 350 or 500 MHz, and optional features add serial trigger and decode, a 50 MHz arbitrary function generator and collaborative tools. Connectivity includes USB 2.0 host and device ports, 10/100 Ethernet, VESA mounting and remote VNC viewing, and each channel ships with a TPP0200 200 MHz 10x probe.
