Overview
Each FlexChannel provides one analog input or eight digital logic inputs with a TLP058 probe, so the MSO44B can capture up to 32 digital channels alongside its four analog channels. Option 4-BW-500 sets the 500 MHz analog bandwidth.
The 4 Series B adds a faster processor for more responsive analysis, two USB 3.1 host ports, built-in arbitrary/function generator, 16-bit resolution in High Res mode and Spectrum View mixed-domain analysis. TekVPI probe interface, eScope remote access and TekHSI high-speed data transfer support automated test benches.
