Overview
The T3LCR1002 covers 16 measurement parameter combinations including DCR resistance, with a display range spanning 0.00001 Ω to 99.9999 MΩ. A built-in comparator sorts the primary parameter into up to ten bins, and the handler interface lets the meter drive component sorters in production.
OPEN/SHORT correction removes fixture error, and the internal DC bias source supplies 0 to ±2.5 V at up to 2 V for electrolytic capacitor testing. Results stream over RS-232 or USB, with a USB host port for flash drive data logging and a list sweep mode for up to 10 frequency or level points.
