Overview
Built on Vitrek's DSP technology, the 981i works into capacitive loads that most IR testers cannot handle and measures up to 150 teraohms in transfer mode, with picoamp leakage detection keeping readings stable and precise at 50 teraohm IR levels.
Test sequences of up to 100 tests with 254 steps each can be run from the front panel, Ethernet, RS232 or optional GPIB, and the instrument can directly control up to four 64-channel HV scanners for up to 256 test points. It ships with the TL-980 test lead and an NIST traceable calibration certificate.
