Overview
The Additel ADT878-425-D-220V Temperature Calibrator belongs to the Additel 878 Reference Dry Well series, the company top-tier heat source line built for reference-level performance in accuracy, stability, uniformity, loading and hysteresis. The mid-range 878-425 model spans 33 C to 425 C, heats quickly to temperature, and holds +/-0.20 C display accuracy at 33 C and 425 C with 30-minute stability of +/-0.005 C at 100 C and +/-0.015 C at 425 C. Dual-zone temperature control is standard, and each unit ships with an ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificate including stability, radial and axial uniformity data.
The series adds automation that older dry wells lack. A self-calibration routine recalibrates the internal control sensor against an external reference automatically, removing long-term drift from the accuracy budget, and the well can be controlled to set point from either the internal sensor or an external reference PRT. A large color touchscreen drives the interface, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth handle connectivity, and this version is fitted with insert D and a 220 V mains configuration for labs running on 230 V supplies.
