Overview

Instead of a check valve, the 912A pressurizes an insulated isothermal bellows chamber and closes it with a shut-off valve during calibration, which keeps the generated pressure stable when ambient temperature moves or the operator touches the pump. The high-quality screw press gives fine pressure adjustment with a resolution up to 0.1 Pa (0.001 mbar), so set points on sensitive low-pressure modules are approached smoothly rather than in steps. A built-in gas-liquid isolator keeps moisture and dirt out of the mechanism, minimizing maintenance.

The pump is built for the bench and the field alike: stainless steel ram and adapters with an aluminum body, Buna-N, PTFE and copper alloy seals, a 21 ml piston volume and a hand-carried 2.8 kg weight. Media is air, and the two hand-tight quick connectors let you swap test and reference gauges without PTFE tape or wrenches. For the B configuration the pressure port is 1/4 BSP female; N, N2, B2 and M20×1.5 female ports cover other thread standards, and a one-year warranty backs the pump.
