Overview

The ETC-400 R is JOFRA’s infrared version of the Easy Temperature Calibrator series, designed for fast field verification of infrared thermometers. Its 36 mm target uses a coating developed for space technology applications to maintain a long-term emissivity of 0.96, and a 3 mm external STS reference probe can be fitted under the target surface for recalibration.

The ETC heats by up to 100 °C per minute and stabilizes in approximately 3 minutes, completing a two-point calibration in under 10 minutes. Standard features include one-key-one-function controls, a multi-information display with stability indicator and countdown timer, auto-stepping of up to nine temperature steps, and RS232 output with JOFRACAL software.
