Overview
The PK2-654WC-SS-1B/C is a Model PK II pneumatic deadweight tester that generates pressure by applying the force of its weight set over the effective area of a ceramic ball floating in a stainless steel cylinder. Because the ball floats on a thin film of air, operation is virtually frictionless and the weights never need rotating during a test.
A built-in flow regulator automatically adjusts the input air to hold the ball and weights in float, compensating for supply pressure variation and making the instrument accurate independent of the operator. The -1B accuracy option specifies ±0.025% of reading, and the /C option adds effective area, nominal pressure and actual pressure data for the delivered unit.
