Overview
Ametek's Mansfield and Green Type T deadweight testers use a re-entrant measuring piston and cylinder with an overhung weight carrier that reduces side thrust and friction. A dual-volume pump gives fast filling with fine high-pressure control.
The tester is available with single-column (field) or dual-column (laboratory) configurations and covers ranges from 1 to 30 bar up to 7 to 1000 bar. Accuracy classes of 0.015%, 0.025% and 0.1% of reading are offered, with NIST-traceable certification supplied.
