Overview
The flow regulator automatically adjusts input air to keep the ball and weights floating, so there is no need to trim supply pressure by hand. Overhung weight carriers reduce side thrust and friction, extending ball, nozzle and carrier life, and a bulls-eye level sets the reference before use.
Setup takes two tubes: one for supply, one for the unit under test. The tester runs on nitrogen or instrument/shop air between 30 and 100 psi supply, and the 1/4 in. female NPT connection accepts standard test ports. The stainless steel weight set ships with the WC (water column) range.
