Overview
Differential input resistance is 50 kΩ with 0.27-0.34 pF capacitance, and single-ended input is 25 kΩ, minimizing loading on embedded high-speed designs. Dynamic range is ±2.5 V with a ±12 V DC offset range and ±30 V maximum input voltage.
The 1131B is the RoHS-compliant, 100% form-fit-function replacement for the 1131A and pairs with Infiniium 2.5 to 3 GHz oscilloscopes (1 GHz system bandwidth with 1 GHz scopes). One or more probe heads or connectivity kits, such as the E2669B or E2668B, are required for a complete probing system.
