Overview
The measurement electrodes are very thin and the device holder is extremely flat, so the device can be shifted and the electrodes contacted onto each element of an array-type component. The minimum applicable DUT size is 1.6 x 0.8 mm (0.06 x 0.03 in).
The fixture connects through BNC 4-terminal-pair terminals and fits Keysight impedance analyzers including the 4192A, 4294A, 4263B, 4268A, 4278A, 4279A, 4284A, 4285A and E4980A. Operating temperature range is 0 to 55 °C.
