Overview

The Newport FMA1828A is a mass flow meter for clean gases from OMEGA's FMA1700A/1800A series, with a flow range of 0.5 to 50 SLM and 100:1 turndown. Accuracy is ±1.5% of full scale (including linearity over 15 to 25 °C and 5 to 60 psia) with ±0.5% repeatability. The integral LCD shows the reading at the line, and linear 0-5 Vdc and 4-20 mA outputs feed recorders and control systems.
