Overview
Each FlexChannel can be used as one analog input, eight digital logic inputs with a TLP058 probe, or simultaneous analog and spectrum views with independent acquisition controls. The 13.3-inch HD (1920 x 1080) capacitive touchscreen and pinch-swipe-zoom interface speed up every debugging task.
The scope captures more than 500,000 waveforms per second, and High Res mode extends vertical resolution up to 16 bits at reduced sample rates. Bandwidth, record length and channels are upgradeable in the field, and four TPP0500B 500 MHz passive probes are included.
